Refund and Return Policy
1. How long do I have to return an item?
According to the Consumer protection law, the consumer can return the good within 14 days after receiving the order.
2.How do I request a return or an exchange of the product?
All the returns and exchanges will be processed electronically.

3. Can I only refund or also exchange the product?
You can choose:
– money refund on your original payment method
⁃ size exchange (subject to availability)
4.What are the conditions for return?
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
5. What products can be returned?
All the Naturemood clothing can be returned if it is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
6.What is product return process after my request?
If you chose return or exchange:
1. To start a return, you can contact us at ceo@naturemood.eu with your order number and whether you want to make a return or an exchange.
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

7. How long does it take?
As soon as we receive the order and confirm its original state, we will make a full refund within 15 working days.
8. Will I receive a refund for any duties and import fees paid at delivery?
No, the delivery fee for return is paid by the customer.

Shipping fees:
Spain 6-10€ (VAT included)
Europe 18-22 (VAT included)
Rest of countries from 30 € (VAT included)
*if your location is out of European Union custom taxes or duties are not included and must be paid by the recipient of the product
All orders leave our warehouses (Spain) in 2-5 days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of peak periods.
